Steel Space Frame Installation

When entering the site, you must abide by the six disciplines of safe production.

Steel space frame production safety disclosure

(1) Welders should be trained, work with a certificate, and strictly abide by the regulations on safe use of electricity.

(2) Welding rod heads shall not be thrown randomly. Before leaving get off work, check whether there is any welding residual fire, and the foreman is responsible for checking.

(3) Non-welders are not allowed to use electric welding equipment at will.

(4) Before use, check whether the power cord and welding soft wire are damaged. If found, they should be replaced in time or wrapped with adhesive tape.

(5) Safety switches should be used, and insulating gloves should be used for operation.

(6) When using the electric welding machine, if leakage is found, the power should be cut off in time, and the electrician should be notified in time for repair.

(7) When welding, Welders should wear rubber shoes, and must wear glasses when beating welding slag.

(8) The various switches of the electric welding machine cannot be used together, and the grounding wires should be separated and cannot be used together with the casing grounding wire.

(9) The power supply should be cut off before leaving get off work, and the chief welder is responsible for inspection.

(10) For the production of steel balls, the stamping process should be in charge of special personnel, and no substitutions are allowed, and the safety operation regulations of this type of work should be strictly followed. After the hemisphere is pressed, the cutting edge should be cut with a lathe, and the operating procedures of the lathe should be strictly abided by, and no one should leave the post arbitrarily.

(11) Steel pipes and ball joints should be transported by crane.

Space frame installation safety disclosure

(1) Space frame installation should be carried out in strict accordance with the installation sequence and installation steps disclosed in this technology.

(2) All operators who participate in space frame assembly must have work permits. Personnel working at heights should undergo a medical examination. Those with heart disease and other diseases are not allowed to work at heights, and young people are not allowed to work at heights with illnesses.

(3) Working at heights requires risky operations, and jumping across space frames or supporting beams is strictly prohibited.

(4) Clothes should be flexible and tight when working at heights. It is forbidden to wear hard soles (including plastic soles) and slippery shoes with iron nails.

(5) Regardless of the length of time and the type of work performed at heights, safety belts or waist ropes must be fastened and fixed in a firm place.

(6) Personnel working at heights should concentrate, and it is forbidden to fight and play.

(7) Everyone who enters the site must wear a safety helmet.

(8) The conveying equipment and tools for high-altitude operations must be controlled by ropes, and throwing is prohibited.

(9) When working on the splicing parts in the middle of the space frame, safety nets should be installed at the lower string nodes, and safety nets should be hung inside and outside the scaffolding around the space frame.

(10) Take fire prevention measures.

(11) Hoisting should be stopped in rainy weather.

(12) Assembling space frames, non-operators are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site, and visitors should be approved and led by special personnel.

(13) The tower crane should be inspected before hoisting the space frame, including whether the performance of the tower crane machinery and hydraulic system is reliable, and whether the wire rope, rope clamp, pulley, reel, and hook meet the hoisting requirements.

(14) The tower crane driver should be trained, have a job certificate, and be familiar with the hoisting procedures.

(15) Tower cranes are not allowed to work while sick. Check whether the tower crane is normal after going to work. Precautions should be taken before the wind blows.

(16) During tower crane operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the boom.

(17) Before hoisting, the tower crane driver and the signal worker should go to the installation site of the space frame to watch, familiarize themselves with the on-site operating conditions, and familiarize each other with command hoisting signals, including command gestures, semaphores and whistles. When hoisting, the “three no-hangs” should be achieved, that is, no hanging for unknown weights, no hanging of space frames or roof panels connected to the ground, and no hanging of oblique pulls.

(18) Temporary support for space frame assembly should be checked before use. The space frame should be hoisted stably and lowered slowly without impact. After the roof panel is installed, the temporary support can only be removed with the consent of the site engineer in charge.
