Unlike traditional building materials, steel space frame structure buildings are more difficult to achieve thermal insulation. But can’t the space frame structure be insulated? Of course not. The following is an introduction to how the steel mesh frame can achieve thermal insulation. The space frame building can achieve the effect of thermal insulation, mainly due to a new type of thermal insulation material. It belongs to a slurry state coating, which can be applied to any special-shaped material, and is easy to construct and has good thermal insulation effect. Mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1. The thermal insulation coating on the space frame structure is painted on the open-air sunshine steel structure, which can reduce the radiation surface temperature of the steel structure space frame by more than 30%, and the surface temperature of the painted steel structure space frame can be reduced by up to 20% ℃ above, the space temperature in the steel structure space frame can be lowered by more than 5℃;

2. This new type of thermal insulation material can not only achieve the effect of thermal insulation, but also can well protect the steel structure of the space frame and avoid corrosion of the space frame;

3. After the space frame insulation material is painted on the space frame, it can effectively prevent the space frame from generating condensation water, and has the function of waterproof and moisture-proof;

4. The thermal insulation coating can prevent heat conduction and ensure that more than 90% of the heat in the space is not lost, thereby ensuring the temperature of the indoor space.
